I am excited about my new practice and look forward to meeting you in a welcoming, person centered setting. While I loved working as a school counselor and educator for many years, I became passionate about the idea of helping more people in a private setting where they could explore their strengths, find their passions, and be their best selves. This passion became a reality originally with the opening of a private counseling practice Family and Youth Institute LLC. After selling the practice and working at home as an online therapist, I found I loved being able to provide services to people from all over Texas in this forum, but I missed meeting clients in person in a private counseling setting. Therefore, FYI NEW BEGINNINGS COUNSELING PLLC became my new forum for providing both online and in person therapy as best meets the needs of my clients.

With over 25 years of combined experience as a Licensed Professional Counselor, a Certified School Counselor, and a parent, Dr. Mary Ann Sartori has walked the walk and can talk the talk of parents struggling with difficult youth and adolescents, couples experiencing challenges navigating relationships while balancing daily living demands, and individuals feeling overwhelmed or depressed. She can relate to those suffering from depression, grief, and loss and understand the pain of addiction. Mary Ann can empathize with caregivers and clients struggling with illness and age-related issues. Since families and individuals are different, Dr. Sartori seeks creative solutions for client success. Whether it is life coaching, mental health counseling, psychoeducation, or parent training, she is dedicated to helping clients meet their goals and thrive in their daily lives. FYI New Beginnings offers both Telehealth and Face-to-Face services.
